This Company is a world-leading process engineering group offering equipment and project solutions. The portfolio includes technologies relevant for the dairy, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, such as liquid processing, separation, concentration, spray drying, powder handling etc.
For the Application Centre-Dairy & Nutritional Powders, our client is now seeking a Dairy Evaporator Specialist. If he does not know these technologies, he would be fully trained. The APC employs around 150 people within offer management, project execution and Application Development primarily located in Copenhagen and Paris, and you will be a part of our Application Development group near Paris.

Le Poste

As the Dairy Evaporation Specialist you have an extensive experience within evaporative concentration and dairy technology.
After a thorough introduction, your role will be central for the process design of dairy evaporation world-wide and will include a holistic expertise in all process and product related disciplines of Dairy evaporator design.

Furthermore, you will help to identify, develop and implement new technologies and solutions securing that the Company can continue to be a leader within evaporation technology.

You will come into a team of professional colleagues where you will become an active part of the global know-how environment in the Company’s Process Engineering.

you will be involved in all phases of a project, from sales, project execution and final plant validation and take-over, typically including following tasks:
• Close cooperation with sales teams around the choice of process technology and key performance indicators for plants.
• Assist project managers and project directors around the detailed process design and functionality.
• Help to make product start-up of new plants in collaboration with customers and colleagues.
• Optimize, validate and document the plant, ensuring the plants comply with the KPIs agreed.
• Training of customer employees as well as internal employees in process and product related issues.
• Preforming process and product-related service visits for optimization of customers plants.

Votre profil

Your profile m/w
you are well trained (Engineer in Chemistry specialized in engineering processes) – You have gained a minimum of 6 years experience in membrane chemistry or related fields. The knowledge in Evaporative concentration and dairy technology would be a must. You speak and write French and English fluently.

• able to work with multiple tasks in parallel
• structured in your documentation
• Able and willing to travel up to 80 days a year
